Can I request a mix of products?
Yes. Build one enquiry with different products and quantities. Any minimum order, pack-size or dispatch constraints will need to be confirmed in the quotation.
Why are prices not shown online?
A trade quotation needs the product configuration, quantity and delivery location. The final quote should separate product costs, freight and any applicable tax, and state how long it remains valid.
What should I include for a freight quote?
Provide the delivery postcode, suburb, business or residential address type, and any unloading or access restrictions. Advise if a forklift or loading dock is available for larger deliveries.
Does adding an item reserve stock?
No. Your enquiry list records the products you want to discuss. It does not reserve stock, create an order or take payment.
Can I reorder a previous product?
Include the previous invoice or product reference, required quantity and any changes. Availability and pricing should be reconfirmed before each order.
